At Infinite Serenity Pathways, we believe home is more than a place—it is where people should feel safe, respected, comfortable, and cared for. We are a Toledo, Ohio-based, RN-owned and RN led nonmedical home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, dependable, and personalized support to individuals who wish to remain safely and comfortably at home.

Although we are a new agency, our foundation is built on 16+ years of combined healthcare experience.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide safe, individualized care that supports independence and enhances quality of life. We tailor care to each client because we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.

As an RN-owned and RN led agency, we bring a healthcare-informed perspective to caregiver training, client safety, care standards, and family communication. While our services are non-medical, our leadership understands the importance of recognizing changes in a client’s needs and supporting a safe environment.

Homemaker

Our homemaking support services are designed to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our clients. Services may include light housekeeping, laundry, changing bed linens, meal preparation, dishwashing, and general organization. Our goal is to provide dependable support that promotes comfort, dignity, and a welcoming home environment while helping clients maintain their independence.

Respite Care

We provide personalized respite care solutions tailored to the unique needs, preferences, and routines of each client and family. Our respite care services are designed to provide primary caregivers and family members with a much-needed opportunity to step away from their caregiving responsibilities while having peace of mind knowing their loved one is receiving attentive, compassionate, and dependable care.

At Infinite Serenity Pathways, we are committed to treating every client with dignity, respect, patience, and compassion. Whether you need time to rest, attend appointments, manage personal responsibilities, or simply recharge, our caregivers provide supportive care that allows families to take a well-deserved break with confidence and peace of mind.

RN Oversight & Care Coordination

At Infinite Serenity Pathways, our RN-led approach provides an added layer of oversight to support the safety, consistency, and quality of the non-medical care we provide.

A Registered Nurse reviews each client’s individual needs and helps develop and periodically review a personalized care plan based on the services being provided. Our RN also provides guidance and oversight to caregivers to help ensure that care is delivered according to the established plan and the client’s preferences.

When appropriate, our RN may communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and the client’s healthcare providers regarding changes or concerns that may affect the client’s care and well-being. If a client’s needs extend beyond the scope of non-medical home care, we will encourage appropriate follow-up with the client’s healthcare provider or other qualified professional.

RN oversight is provided to support our non-medical home care services and does not constitute skilled nursing, medical treatment, diagnosis, or home health services.

Companionship

Our companionship services are centered on building genuine, meaningful connections with clients while promoting social engagement and emotional well-being. Services may include engaging in conversation, reading, playing games, enjoying hobbies, accompanying clients during activities, and participating in activities they enjoy.

Our goal is to provide meaningful companionship that helps reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation while promoting independence, engagement, and an enhanced quality of life.
